Data Intelligence, LLC is seeking an Integrated Master Scheduler II to support complex engineering and program management efforts involving integrated hull, mechanical, and electrical (HME) systems. The scheduler will be responsible for developing, maintaining, analyzing, and controlling integrated master schedules (IMS) that support large-scale defense and technical programs. This role requires strong expertise in schedule integration, critical path analysis, risk-informed scheduling practices, and advanced scheduling tools such as Oracle Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
The Integrated Master Scheduler II will work closely with program managers, engineers, and technical stakeholders to ensure schedule integrity, identify risks, and support decision-making through schedule analytics, forecasting, and recovery planning.
Key Responsibilities- Develop, integrate, and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) supporting complex engineering and production environments, including hull, mechanical, and electrical systems.
- Perform schedule update procedures, ensuring accuracy, traceability, and alignment with program execution status.
- Develop and maintain recovery schedules and "what-if" scenario models to assess impacts of program changes, delays, or risks.
- Conduct critical path analysis, including identification of schedule drivers, float/slack evaluation, and dependency mapping.
- Build and maintain predecessor/successor logic networks to ensure schedule integrity and realistic sequencing of work.
- Perform Schedule Risk Assessments (SRA) to evaluate uncertainty, identify schedule risk drivers, and support mitigation planning.
- Integrate multiple program schedules into a unified IMS supporting cross-functional and multi-discipline teams.
- Utilize Oracle Primavera P6 to develop and manage complex project schedules, including resource-loaded and logic-driven schedules.
- Support schedule visualization and reporting using Microsoft Project and Microsoft Visio for stakeholder communication and decision support.
- Coordinate with program teams to ensure baseline schedule adherence and configuration control.
- Analyze schedule performance trends and provide recommendations to improve execution efficiency and reduce schedule risk.
- Support program reviews, audits, and integrated baseline reviews (IBRs) with schedule data and analysis products.
Required Qualifications- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in integrated master scheduling.
Experience Requirements- At least 2 years of experience developing, integrating, and managing IMS for integrated hull, mechanical, and electrical systems or similarly complex engineering programs.
- Experience performing:
- Schedule updates and maintenance procedures
- Recovery planning and mitigation scheduling
- "What-if" schedule analysis and scenario modeling
- IMS Critical path method (CPM) analysis
Preferred Qualifications- Experience supporting DoD, Navy, shipbuilding, or large-scale defense acquisition programs.
- Familiarity with EVMS (Earned Value Management System) integration with IMS.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex scheduling data and translate into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills for briefing technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience supporting Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBRs) or program milestone reviews.
