The Insights Associate Program Manager role is pivotal in delivering scalable, data-driven solutions that drive LinkedIn's success and enable customers to unlock value through our products within the Talent Solutions business. This role sits at the unique intersection of LinkedIn product expertise, proprietary dataset ownership, and alignment with customer lifecycle and go-to-market strategies. They blend technical program management, analytical problem-solving, and collaboration to produce insights and strategies built on trust and innovation. About The Role As an Insights Associate Program Manager, you will perform technical work, ensuring the insights and strategic recommendations you develop meet high standards of quality, reliability, and scalability. From coding sophisticatedqueries to shaping strategic narratives, you will play a critical role in translating LinkedIn's data into actionable insights for internal and external stakeholders. Your efforts will contribute to the optimization and creation of tools, narratives, and strategies that enhance LinkedIn's ability to solve customer challenges, improve decision-making, and elevate the value proposition of our Talent Solutions portfolio. Responsibilities Data-Driven Insights Development LeverageLinkedIn's proprietary datasets to design and deliver impactful, scalable insights that align with product and lifecycle strategies in addressing customer pain points and value propositions. Writeand optimize code (e.g., SQL, Python, Spark SQL) to extract, process, and analyze data. Use AI coding assistants (e.g., Claude, Copilot) to accelerate query development, debugpipelines, and prototype analyses faster - while applying sound judgment to validate outputs for accuracy. Build and maintain robust data pipelines and workflows using tools like Apache Airflow and HD. Collaboration and Alignment Partner with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Data Science, to refine messaging and enhance customer value delivery anchored in data. Establish strong stakeholder relationships, serving as a technical and strategic advisor for internal and external partners on program strategy. Insights Strategy and Vision Define and execute the long-term vision and roadmap for your programs. Identify gaps in existing tools andcustomer lifecycle motions, prioritize opportunities, and drive alignment on strategic initiatives. Provide recommendations on opportunities to strengthen strategy for business impact based on LinkedIn data for prioritized segments, markets, and initiatives. Measure the effectiveness of Insights driven interventions across our customer lifecycle and field partner touchpoints, tracking its impact on LinkedIn's Talent business outcomes. Visualization and Communication Develop compelling visualizations and narratives using Tableau or equivalent tools to communicate insights. Present findings effectively to technical and non-technical audiences, fostering trust and engagement. Data Quality and Governance Implement data quality checks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity. Document best practices, compliance protocols, and technical solutions for scalability. Qualifications Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree. 3+ years of experience in data analysis, consulting, or technical program management. 3+ years of experience with SQL, with experience in optimizing queries for performance (Trino, Spark SQL preferred). 2+ years of creating data visualizations and data storytelling to turn data into Insights using Tableau or similar program. Preferred Qualifications BA/BS degree in Statistics, Economics, Data Science or related quantitative field. Experience communicating with both technical and non-technical audiences to ensure alignment and foster engagement. Experience with product, marketing, or customer lifecycle analytics, including the ability to tie insights to business outcomes. Experience building and nurturing relationships with senior stakeholders and serving as a trusted advisor and technical expert. Experience writing and optimizing Python scripts for data analysis, automation, and scalable workflows. Practical business understanding with genuine passion for technology, big data, and/or artificial intelligence. Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder programs and influence without authority. Strong problem-solving, business acumen, and communication skills. Suggested Skills Technical Expertise: Strong coding and data management skills. LinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range for this role is $89,000 to $145,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor. The total compensation package for this position may also include annual performance bonus, stock, benefits, and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.
