Responsibilities:- Lead complex, cross-functional programs that support engineering and digital transformation objectives.
- Partner with engineering, IT, product, and operations teams to deliver strategic initiatives.
- Drive adoption of new technologies, tools, automation, and data-driven processes.
- Develop and manage program plans, milestones, risks, dependencies, and success metrics.
- Align stakeholders around priorities, decisions, and program outcomes.
- Track progress, communicate updates, and drive issue resolution to ensure successful execution.
- Identify opportunities to improve engineering productivity, collaboration, and operational efficiency.
- Champion continuous improvement and promote best practices across teams.
Required Qualifications:- Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Experience leading technical programs, engineering initiatives, or digital transformation efforts.
- Proven success managing cross-functional projects involving engineering, IT, and business teams.
- Strong program management skills, including planning, prioritization, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
- Experience driving process improvements, technology adoption, automation, or operational excellence initiatives.
- Ability to influence and build partnerships across multiple organizations.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:- PMP, Agile, SAFe, Lean Six Sigma, or similar certification.
- Experience with PLM, MBSE, digital engineering, AI-enabled solutions, data analytics, or automation technologies.
- Experience in semiconductor, advanced manufacturing, product development, or engineering-focused environments.
- Familiarity with systems engineering principles and modern software development practices.
Minimum QualificationsDoctorate (Academic) Degree and related work experience of 3 years; Master's Level Degree and related work experience of 6 years; Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 8 years
Base Pay Range: $129,600.00 - $220,300.00 Annually
