THE WORK:- You'll prepare mechanical scopes of work, RFPs, budgets, and manage payment applications for HVAC, piping, plumbing, and other MEP systems.
You'll administer mechanical construction contracts from procurement through installation, commissioning, and project closeout. - You'll oversee scheduling, sequencing, permitting, startup, and turnover activities for critical mechanical systems within data center environments.
- You'll manage mechanical subcontractors and enforce health & safety standards across all mechanical construction activities onsite.
- You'll review mechanical installation progress for quality and compliance with design drawings, specifications, and commissioning requirements.
- You'll lead and document coordination meetings with Owners, Engineers, Architects, General Contractors, and trade partners.
- You'll report to senior leadership on mechanical construction performance, including cost, schedule, risk, quality, and commissioning readiness.
- Onsite at client site: The work location for this role is onsite with our clients and partners to enable delivery and cultivate our client relationships.

HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED:- Minimum of 7 years of experience in Mechanical Construction Management
BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience managing HVAC, plumbing, piping, and other MEP systems on large-scale construction projects; hyperscale or mission-critical data center experience is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical construction means and methods, MEP systems, commissioning processes, and construction management best practices.
- Demonstrated experience negotiating contracts, change orders, subcontractor agreements, and project-related commercial matters.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate with Owners, Engineers, Contractors, and cross-functional project teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, and Outlook, with the ability to manage schedules, budgets, and project reporting.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced data center construction environments.
$120,000 - $150,000 a year
