As an Information Technology Manager, you will:
- Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
- Ensure the security, reliability, and performance of all IT systems.
- Monitor and respond to security incidents, conduct risk assessments and implement necessary controls.
- Oversee the daily operations of the IT help desk, ensuring timely resolution of IT tickets and providing excellent support to staff.
- Stay current with emerging security threats and industry best practices.

- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 administration and Power Shell scripting

- Development of protocols for staff technology usage.
Minimum Requirements: To be considered for the role of Information Technology Manager, candidates must demonstrate a proven track record of leading IT teams and managing IT projects effectively.
