Full Job Description
ECS is seeking a TS-cleared Senior Information Security Specialist - Change Management Lead to support one of our mission critical programs for the Department of Justice in Washington, DC.

Please Note: This position is contingent upon contract award.

Salary Range: $106,000 - $130,000

We are seeking candidates committed to high quality to provide innovative solutions. As a Senior Information Security Specialist - Change Management Lead, you will lead contractor support to the Enterprise Change Management process, coordinating security review of RFCs and supporting TCAB, TCCB, and CMB governance. In addition, you will perform security and risk analysis, evaluate control and architecture impacts, documents decisions and mitigations, drive timely emergency-change actions, and escalate high-risk or non-compliant requests.

Responsibilities:
  • May ensure appropriate security controls are in place that will safeguard digital files and vital electronic infrastructure.
  • Conducts independent comprehensive assessment of the management, operational, and technical security controls.
  • Conducts control enhancements employed within or inherited by an informational technology system to determine the overall effectiveness of the controls.
  • Plan, implement, upgrade, or monitor security measures for the protection of computer networks and information.


Required Skills
  • US citizenship with active Top Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related degree.
  • Minimum of eight (8) years of relevant work experience
  • Must meet applicable FBI TS/SCI, background, training, facility-access, and polygraph requirements.
  • Possess CISSP, CISM, or comparable certification
  • Demonstrated knowledge of enterprise change management
  • Demonstrated experience with JIRA/change workflow
  • Familiarity with NIST control-impact analysis and governance-board coordination
  • Demonstrated experience with emergency change and risk assessment
  • Demonstrated ability to apply comprehensive change management knowledge across key tasks and high impact assignments
