Full Job Description
*This is a hybrid role with three weeks per month onsite (Mon. - Thurs.) and is based out of our New York Office.

The Influencer & Collaborations Manager owns the hands-on development and execution of Lands' End's influencer, creator, and brand collaboration programs. This is a builder and operator role: the person in this seat personally sources and vets talent, negotiates and manages contracts, writes creative briefs, shepherds content from brief to publication, manages budget and payments, and reports on results.

This role is the single owner of the brand's tiered creator model and annual collaboration calendar, responsible for turning brand and seasonal priorities into a consistent, culturally relevant creator presence and for identifying and structuring brand collaborations that extend reach to new and younger audiences. The role works in close partnership with Public Relations & Earned Media, Social, Integrated Marketing, Merchandising, Creative, and Legal, and directs external agency partners on day-to-day creator and partnership execution. Success in this role requires strong deal-making instincts, sharp creative judgment, excitement and energy for hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute influencer and creator programs from talent sourcing and contracting through content launch and reporting.
  • Manage a tiered creator network, including affiliate, gifting, and seeding programs that support ongoing creator engagement.
  • Negotiate partnership terms, manage contracts, and coordinate deliverables with creators, talent representatives, agencies, and internal partners.
  • Develop creative briefs that align creator content with brand and seasonal priorities.
  • Support the planning and execution of brand collaborations and partnership opportunities.
  • Track program performance, manage budgets, and provide recommendations based on results.
  • Partner across marketing, merchandising, creative, and legal teams to ensure successful program execution and compliance with brand and FTC guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, brand partnerships, or related marketing disciplines.
  • Experience negotiating and managing influencer, talent, or partnership agreements.
  • Strong understanding of creator marketing, social platforms, and emerging content trends.
  • Experience with influencer marketing, affiliate, or creator management platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
  • Experience in apparel, consumer products, retail, or lifestyle brands preferred.

The pay range for this position is $90,000 - $110,000. An employee's pay within the salary range will be based on numerous factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, experience, skills, geographical location, and business or organizational needs. This position may also be eligible for annual merit increase, bonus, and/or incentive compensation. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package including paid time off, health, dental, vision, and disability benefits.
