The Opportunity:In this role you will be accountable for setting the direction and strategy for assigned team. Continually assesses daily process flows with the goal of implementing improvements to increase efficiency, improve customer experience, and meet the Supply Chain "On Time and In Full" (OTIF) KPIs. Collaborates and aligns with manager on direction and improvement of team processes to ensure objectives, timelines, and all requirements are achieved (including but not limited to local, regional, & global regulations, finance, tax, safety, environmental, transportation, Customs, and internal company standard requirements). Devotes a significant amount of time to leading employees, overseeing both the day-to-day operations and long term goals for assigned team. Provides feedback to the manager on employees' work performance and has input into employment decisions. Responsible for managing to a prescribed budget, training and development of staff, resource management, work assignments, interprets and ensures consistent application of organizational policies. Responsible for maintaining and continuously improving the quality system and achieving quality objectives through daily actions. Demonstrate strong customer focused skills. May have responsibilities that covers multiple shifts, warehouses and/or team leads. Responsible for hiring and onboarding of new employees.
What You Do:- Lead shift activities across Inbound and Storage operations, driving inventory replenishment efforts for effective global distribution while ensuring the proper handling of sensitive materials.
- Participate in project teams as both a functional subject matter expert and an operational representative to drive site logistics success.
- Maintain hands-on operational agility by mastering the functional responsibilities of the team, ensuring the ability to step in and support daily business continuity when needed.
- Collaborate with management and key stakeholders to align daily execution with broader organizational requirements, milestones, and strategic goals.
- Develop and monitor operational KPIs to ensure optimal team performance, inventory accuracy, and workflow efficiency.
- Schedule: 1st Shift, Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
Who You Are:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Science, Technology, Supply Chain, or a related field (or 4 years of related experience while actively pursuing a degree).
- Demonstrated leadership skills in managing key project objectives to achieve high-level organizational benefits and continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication (oral and written), interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficient with Google Workspace/Office Suite and analytical tools.
Preferred Experience:- 2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience, with a demonstrated ability to motivate teams and foster collaboration.
- Experience with SAP, EWM, and other warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Strong cultural awareness and the ability to work effectively across multi-cultural and cross-functional teams.
- Customer service-oriented with the ability to support clients within a complex, global, and regulated environment.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
- Has a strategic and innovative mindset and is familiar with Lean operating principles.

The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of Indianapolis, IN is $66,400 - $123,2200. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
