Full Job Description
CTG is seeking an IAM Architect Technical Lead for our client. This role will lead enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) initiatives focused on HashiCorp Vault onboarding, cloud security, automation, and cross-functional technology delivery.

Location: Dallas, TX
Duration: 12 months

Overview:
The IAM Architect Technical Lead will provide technical leadership and project execution support for complex IAM and security technology deployments. This role will partner with architecture, security, cloud, ServiceNow, Terraform, and governance teams to drive successful implementation, integration, and adoption of HashiCorp Vault solutions within a large enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead planning, coordination, and execution of HashiCorp Vault onboarding initiatives.
  • Manage complex, multi-phase technology deployments involving IAM, security, cloud, automation, and infrastructure teams.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including ServiceNow, Vault, Terraform, cloud engineering, architecture, and security stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, dependencies, risk logs, and executive reporting.
  • Facilitate governance meetings, stakeholder reviews, steering committees, and leadership updates.
  • Manage project risks, issues, blockers, and dependencies while driving timely resolution.
  • Translate technical requirements and project status into clear business impacts for executive audiences.
  • Support automation and AI-enabled project management practices to improve reporting, documentation, forecasting, and risk management.
  • Create project artifacts including RAID logs, dashboards, status summaries, action items, and decision documentation.
  • Partner with security leads, scanning teams, and change management teams to support enterprise approval processes.

Required Skills:
  • Strong experience leading enterprise technology deployments and IAM/security initiatives.
  • Hands-on understanding of HashiCorp Vault, Terraform automation, cloud deployment concepts, and database platforms.
  • Experience coordinating technical teams across infrastructure, security, cloud, and application environments.
  • Strong understanding of IAM architecture, security governance, and enterprise access management concepts.
  • Ability to communicate effectively between technical SMEs, security teams, business stakeholders, and executive leadership.
  • Experience using automation and AI tools to optimize project management activities.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management and executive communication abilities.

Preferred Experience:
  • Experience supporting HashiCorp Vault implementations or enterprise secrets management programs.
  • Experience working with ServiceNow integrations and enterprise workflow processes.
  • Experience managing vendor teams and third-party technology partners.
  • Experience supporting large enterprise environments with complex governance structures.
  • Familiarity with AT&T governance processes, including security lead interlock, scanning requirements, change management workflows, and approval processes.

Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field preferred.
  • Equivalent combination of education, certifications, and professional experience will be considered.
