Job DescriptionYour role will focus on designing, simulating, and testing RF circuits as part of a larger TRX design team, with opportunities to grow into more senior roles.
Responsibilities- Design RF circuits for cellular base stations, including ADC, power supplies, transmitters, receivers, and more.
- Simulate and test RF circuits, ensuring they meet performance and reliability specifications.
- Document and write technical reports on design processes and outcomes.
- Participate in design reviews and technical information exchange sessions.
- Support subcontractors and collaborate with other design engineers and specialists.
- Stay updated with RF simulation and electromagnetic tools, such as HP ADS, CST, and HFSS.
- Utilize analytical simulation tools like Matlab and Python for advanced analysis.
- Work in a team environment with a positive attitude, fostering collaboration.
- Plan and organize tasks efficiently, ensuring timely project delivery.
Qualifications- BSEE with 3 years or MS with 2 years of experience in Electrical Engineering or Physics.
- Coursework or job experience in RF or Microwave technology is preferred.
- Knowledge of RF circuit design and signal processing techniques.
- Good understanding of basic RF engineering principles, including digital modulation/demodulation.
- Familiarity with RF performance specifications and test methodology.
- Experience with RF simulation tools is a strong advantage.
- Proficiency in analytical simulation tools like Matlab and Python.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Technical leadership potential and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to travel internationally occasionally, with less than 10% travel expected.
