  • Ensure employee development needs are identified and acted upon through developmental assignments or appropriate learning interventions.

Advice and Consultation
  • You will partner effectively with the Leaders and with other sources of expertise in HR to provide your best advice and counsel on how to resolve issues and concerns in a way that meets the needs of the individual and the organization.

HR Strategy Execution
  • In your role, it will be key that you understand HR's People and Culture strategy and are working with the Leaders to determine people and organization implications for their teams.
  • Integrate HR disciplines to develop and execute a compelling people and talent strategy for the Region.
  • Advise business leaders on potential HR contributions, solutions, implications and risks of proposed business initiatives or market transformations as well as new HR-driven programs.
  • Collaborate with Senior HRBP and HRBP peers supporting Regional Banking to develop and execute national HR strategies.

What will you do?
  • Ensure compliance of HR related matters for CSF based on regulatory requirements and internal policies, procedures and standards; ensure CSF is adhering to all applicable legislation and policies related to employee matters.
  • Lead in assessing and strengthening leadership depth and employee capability through support of integrated leadership programs, development opportunities and learning.

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have:
  • Undergraduate degree or diploma.
  • Prior business experience within Career Sales Force and/or prior functional experience within human resources.
