Full Job Description
Job Summary:
The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP), HR Operations is the primary resource to create alignment between Human Resources and MWHC Associates and Leaders. The HRBP will maintain a broad knowledge of Associate relations, talent management, and Associate engagement initiatives while providing consultation on a wide variety of Human Resources issues. This role will collaborate closely with the Associate Relations team and HR Operations leadership.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
  • Advises department leaders on how to align HR strategy with business objectives and organizational goals.
  • Serves as the primary point of contact for HR operational processes and collaborates with all HR functions to deliver integrated HR solutions to departments.
  • Provides support to Associates and Managers on leveraging HR tools, interpreting policies and standards, mitigating risk and ensuring compliance.
  • Works closely with departments on strategies that will improve engagement, productivity, and performance.
  • Provides day-to-day performance guidance to leadership with coaching, counseling, and corrective actions.
  • Investigates, manages, and resolves Associate relation issues in partnership with department leadership and Associate Relations team.
  • Partners with HR leadership in the effective implementation and continuous improvement of HR policies, practices, and programs.
  • Provides consultation on department restructuring, acquisitions, workforce planning, and succession planning.
  • Leverages HRIS and data analytics to provide insights and proactive recommendations for workforce metrics, trends, training needs, and operational performance.
  • Maintains working knowledge of Human Resource principles and standards and proactively shares credible consultation and best practices to stakeholders.
  • Champions, leads, and participates in Associate recognition, engagement, and retention initiatives.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree required; Human Resources or business-related field preferred.
  • Minimum of five years progressive HR experience with employee relations and HR investigations required.
  • SHRM or PHR certification required.
  • Experience conducting interviews, gathering evidence, and analyzing case findings required.
  • Proficient verbal and written communication skills, with demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with and influence others required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required.
  • Advanced problem-solving skills and ability to be resourceful required.
  • High degree of time management, customer responsiveness, and service orientation required.
  • Strong physician and provider relations experience, preferred.
  • Shared services experience preferred.
  • Workday experience preferred.

Physical Requirements: Constant (67-100% of workday) sitting and use of arms and hands; occasional (0-33% of workday) standing, walking, bending, squatting; ability to lift, push, and pull up to 10 lbs.; auditory and visual skills.

Mental Requirements: Possesses critical thinking and analytical skills. Ability to multi-task. Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team.

Environmental Requirements and Exposure Hazards: Potential risk of exposure to chemicals.

Compensation Pay Range:
$35.77 - $53.65
