Position Summary:

As an HR Business Partner, you will proactively support the business and its people by delivering value-driven HR solutions focusing on talent development, employee relations, performance management, change management support and applicable merger and integration required activities. You will act as a trusted advisor to leaders, helping to align people's strategies with business goals. You will also perform other duties including project lead/coordination, data coordination and reporting and leading various integration meetings with the human resources function and key stakeholders. This role is ideal for a candidate interested in both human resources business partnering and various administrative tasks as described above. The selected candidate will receive a well-rounded human resource work experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Partnership & Strategic HR Support
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders on people-related topics.
  • Support workforce planning and talent supply strategies aligned with business needs.
  • Participate in local management meetings to embed global HR strategies into local operations.

Talent & Performance Development
  • Guide leaders through performance management, development planning, and career conversations.
  • Recommend training and development initiatives to build capabilities.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning and development.

Employee Relations & Legal Compliance
  • Provide guidance on employee relations issues and HR policies.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies.

Change Management & Organizational Development
  • Support reorganization and transformation initiatives.
  • Act as a change agent and liaison with transformation consultants.

Data-Driven HR
  • Use HR dashboards and reports to provide insights and recommend actions.
  • Monitor key people metrics and escalate trends or risks.

Other Duties
  • Lead and/or coordinate various Human Resources functional projects
  • Serve as data integrator and reporter for various requirements
  • Lead and facilitate human resources functional and stakeholder meetings


Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in HR generalist or business partner roles.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and consulting skills.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems (e.g., SAP, Workday).
  • Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Powerpoint, Excel) competency
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, work with some level of independence and function in a dynamic fast paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • SHRM-CP or PHR certification.
  • Experience in a matrixed or global organization.
  • Exposure to M&A or organizational change initiatives.
