What You'll Do
  • Lead training, leadership development, and "new to position" programs that strengthen skills and confidence across the organization
  • Partner with managers on recruiting, succession planning, and individual development to build strong teams for today and tomorrow
  • Support a positive, respectful workplace by guiding employee relations and ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations
  • Drive HR initiatives forward-measuring impact, improving processes, and delivering practical solutions that support the business


What You'll Bring
  • At least 5 years of experience as a full-cycle HR Generalist, with a strong background in Employee Relations in a multi-site environment (experience in Material Handling / Industrial environments is strongly preferred!)
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; PHR or SPHR certification preferred
  • The ability to influence, communicate clearly, and work effectively with people at all levels
  • Strong organization, attention to detail, and comfort managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
