MetaPhase is currently supporting the Federal Transit Administration (FTA) through the Strategic HQ Integration and Functional Transformation (SHIFT) initiative, an 18-month effort to assess and optimize FTA Headquarters organizational structures, functions, staffing, governance, and workload models. In support of this project, MetaPhase is seeking a Human Capital Subject Matter Expert / Project Lead with ten or more (10+) years of experience to provide senior-level expertise in federal human capital, organizational design, workforce transformation, and change management while helping FTA leadership evaluate and implement optimized Headquarters organizational structures. In this role, it is expected that the SME/Project Lead works directly with senior agency executives and stakeholders to translate organizational, workforce, and mission requirements into practical Medium Change and High Change transformation options within FTA's target 10-office structure.
