Job Description:The HR Creative Media Specialist is responsible for prioritizing, coordinating, and completing jobs consisting of multimedia presentations, posters, brochures, digital photography, and internet graphics for use in Talent Acquisition. This role executes projects and campaigns that reflect a positive candidate and employee experience. The HR Creative Media Specialist works with vendors to ensure content is utilized effectively and per brand standards. This position frequently interacts with the community and guides customers and applicants using social media. This position is recognized by management for the technical expertise, guidance, and direction it provides.
QualificationsRequired
- Demonstrates proficiency using social media channels
- Possesses strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrates ability to prioritize and organize multiple priorities simultaneously
- Must be willing and available to work varying shifts to support projects or initiatives as necessary
Preferred
- Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent)
- Shows prior content creation experience
- Demonstrates experience using Canva & Adobe Suite

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $30.45/hour in our lowest geographic market up to $56.40/per hour in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to market location, and may vary depending on the job-related knowledge, skills, education/training and a candidate's work experience. Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.
