Full Job Description

Position Summary:

The Regional Manufacturing Learning & Development Specialist will lead the deployment, adoption, and continuous improvement of the Dozuki digital work instruction and training platform across manufacturing facilities in North America. This role partners with Operations, Continuous Improvement, HR, and plant leadership teams to standardize work instructions, enhance workforce training, and support digital transformation initiatives.

The successful candidate will lead site implementations, deliver training, coach local teams, drive user adoption, and establish sustainable governance practices that improve operational performance and workforce development. This is a highly visible position with opportunities to collaborate with manufacturing leaders across approximately 30 facilities throughout the United States and Canada. The role offers valuable experience in operational excellence, change management, workforce development, and digital manufacturing technologies.

Location: Remote (United States or Canada)

Travel: Up to 50% throughout North America.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor'sdegree in Human Resources, Learning & Development, Education, Organizational Development, Business, or a related field preferred; equivalent combination of education and significant relevant experience will be considered.

  • Experiencein Learning & Development, training delivery, employee onboarding, instructional design, workforce development, or corporate training programs.

  • Demonstratedability to facilitate training, engage learners, and drive adoption of learning initiatives across diverse employee populations.

  • Strongtechnical aptitude with experience utilizing learning technologies, digital training platforms, or learning management systems (LMS).

  • Experiencewith Workday Learning, LMS platforms, training software, digital work instruction systems, or comparable learning technologies preferred.

  • Abilityto quickly learn new systems and technologies, including the Dezuki digital training platform.

  • Abilityto work independently in a remote environment and travel up to 50% to support training initiatives across multiple locations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Manufacturing,industrial, or operations training experience preferred but not required.

  • Experiencesupporting multi-site training programs, technology implementations, or large-scale learning initiatives is a plus.
