  • Extend digital content to on-air by hosting and presenting segments for local and broader audiences, maintaining an authentic and conversational tone.
  • Deliver content across multiple platforms, including social, streaming, and broadcast, with the ability to adapt format, pacing, and voice for each platform.
  • Identify trending stories, viral moments, and cultural conversations, and quickly turn them into publishable content.
  • Report entertainment stories both live and in pre-produced formats, in-studio and in the field.
  • Write and contribute to scripts, segments, and captions across platforms, ensuring clarity, tone, and engagement.
  • Actively engage with audiences on social platforms, using voice, personality, and interaction to build connection and community.
  • Conduct interviews (in-studio, in-field, and virtual) with talent, experts, and newsmakers, optimized for both social clipping and on-air use.
  • Collaborate closely with producers, contributors, co-hosts, and digital teams to develop multi-platform content strategies and daily coverage plans.
  • Integrate sponsored content, promotions, and brand partnerships seamlessly into content across platforms.
  • Create, publish, and amplify original content on social media, including self-shot, behind-the-scenes, and real-time updates.
  • Collaborate with creative and digital teams to optimize content for reach, retention, and shareability.
  • Support promotional activities, including station events, community appearances, and special programming.
  • Serve as a public-facing representative of the station, maintaining a strong and consistent brand voice across platforms.
