About the Team

The Finance team is responsible for building and operating the financial foundation of a global digital asset and payments platform. We partner closely with Product, Engineering, Legal, and Operations to support a rapidly scaling business that spans multiple international entities, regulated payment flows, and both stablecoins and other digital assets.

Our role is to support growth while ensuring the company is built on a strong, scalable foundation, enabling new products and global expansion while maintaining high standards for accuracy, control, and transparency. As the business evolves, the team plays a critical role in bringing clarity, structure, and confidence to complex financial and operational decisions, helping ensure the company is well positioned for its next phase of growth

What you'll do
  • Own the company's financial planning processes, including the annual operating plan, long-range planning, quarterly forecasts, and monthly reforecasting.
  • Build scalable forecasting models across revenue, operating expenses, cash flow, headcount, and key business metrics.
  • Partner closely with GTM, Product, Engineering, Operations, and People leaders to support strategic decision making and resource allocation.
  • Develop executive and Board reporting packages that communicate financial performance, business drivers, risks, and opportunities.
  • Drive company-wide KPI reporting, ensuring leadership has clear visibility into operational and financial performance.
  • Lead scenario planning and sensitivity analyses to support investments, fundraising, pricing decisions, and strategic initiatives.
  • Establish forecasting discipline and accountability across the organization while continuously improving forecast accuracy.
  • Identify opportunities to improve margins, operating leverage, and capital efficiency through data-driven analysis.
  • Build scalable planning processes and systems that support the company's next stage of growth.

You are likely to succeed if you have:
  • 8+ years of experience in FP&A, Strategic Finance, Investment Banking, Private Equity, or Corporate Development, with increasing leadership responsibility.
  • Experience leading FP&A at a high-growth technology, fintech, payments, or SaaS company.
  • Strong financial modeling skills with the ability to translate complex business problems into actionable insights.
  • Experience building annual plans, rolling forecasts, board materials, and executive reporting.
  • Exceptional business partnering skills with a demonstrated ability to influence senior executives and cross-functional leaders.
  • Deep understanding of SaaS or fintech operating metrics, including revenue forecasting, CAC, LTV, gross margin, operating leverage, and cash runway.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex analyses to executive leadership and the Board.
  • Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced, ambiguous, high-growth environment while balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

Bonus attributes:
  • Experience at a Series B-D startup that successfully scaled through hypergrowth.
  • Experience supporting debt or equity fundraising, investor relations, or Board communications.
  • Familiarity with payments, card issuing, lending, stablecoins, digital assets, or financial infrastructure.
  • Experience implementing or scaling planning systems such as Pigment, Anaplan, Adaptive Planning, or Mosaic.
  • MBA or CFA designation.
