We're looking for a Marketing Programs Manager who will own our go-to-market launch process end to end - from identifying upcoming product releases to coordinating launch execution to driving post-launch follow-through. This is a high-ownership role for someone who thrives in the details, moves fast, and knows how to align cross-functional teams around a shared plan.
You'll be the connective tissue across PMM, Product, Growth, and channel teams, ensuring every launch lands with clarity, coordination, and momentum. Beyond launches, you'll help us build the systems and playbooks that make our GTM process more repeatable and scalable over time.
This is a hybrid role working from our New York office 3 days per week. You will report to the Marketing Strategy & Operations Manager.
You'll Get To... GTM Launch Ownership- Own Program Management for the full GTM launch lifecycle - from identifying upcoming product releases, through go-live execution, to post-launch coordination and retros
- Partner closely with the GTM leads to translate strategy into action
- Build and maintain launch workback schedules, ensuring every cross-functional dependency is identified and tracked well in advance
- Lead launch kickoffs and recurring syncs across PMM, Product, Channel teams, Analytics, and Creative - owning the agenda, capturing decisions, and driving follow-through
- Serve as the central point of contact for launch status: proactively surface risks and blockers and drive resolution before they impact timelines
- Coordinate post-launch activities including performance readouts, internal communications, and issue escalation
Process Improvement & Operations- Build and iterate on cross-functional GTM playbooks and launch templates that make each subsequent launch faster and more consistent
- Identify gaps in our current launch process and drive improvements in how we scope, plan, and execute
- Maintain RACI documentation and operating model resources for the Marketing org
- Partner with the broader Marketing Strategy & Operations team on tooling, workflow improvements, and cross-team program coordination
Who We're Looking For - 4+ years of experience in program management, marketing operations, GTM coordination, or a closely related role - with direct exposure to product launch or go-to-market work
- Proven track record of owning complex, cross-functional launches from planning through post-launch - you've done this before and have the scar tissue to show for it
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple launches and workstreams simultaneously without dropping the ball
- Strong communication skills - you write a clear brief, run a tight meeting, and follow up without being asked
- Bias for action: you see what needs to happen and make it happen, even in ambiguous situations
- Experience building or improving processes and playbooks, not just executing within existing ones
- Comfortable navigating cross-functional teams and building trust quickly across PMM, Product, and Growth functions
- Familiarity with the GTM ecosystem: product marketing, paid media, SEO/AEO, analytics, customer operations, and creative
- Proficient with project management tools (Asana, Airtable, Notion, or similar) and Google Suite
- Familiarity with AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, or similar - ability to leverage AI to work smarter and move with speed
- SaaS or consumer technology experience is a plus
