Full Job Description
Overview

We are seeking an experienced payroll professional to manage weekly timekeeping administration for our government program timekeeping system. This role will be responsible for reconciling posted hours, providing labor cost assessments and forecasting support, and training new employee groups on proper timekeeping practices. As a highly visible position supporting both operations and finance, this individual will play a critical role in ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely timekeeping processes.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily, weekly, and payroll-close timecard audits
  • Ensure timely and accurate timecard processing and issue resolution
  • Manage timesheet corrections and pay adjustments activities
  • Review case outcome to ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance
  • Support high-volume or high-risk operational periods as needed
  • Remain hands-on and willing to support case processing, audits, or urgent operational needs
  • Manage vendor and customer set-up and edits
  • Administer employee timecard training

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, preferred
  • Deltek Costpoint ERP experience, preferred
  • 5 years' experience in professional accounting / finance role
  • Former exposure to government program timecard processing
  • Quantitative analytical skills including ability to review and analyze Payroll reports
  • Self-starter who takes initiative and is comfortable interacting face to face with employees
  • Ability to work collaboratively on projects with other functional departments
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner across various levels of the organization
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced
  • Creative problem solver with strong analytical thinking and can prioritize tasks

Pay may range from $92,000 to $102,000 annually

The pay range above represents annual base salary only. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as your job level, geographic location, date of hire, experience, job-related knowledge and skills, and education in conjunction with market and business considerations.

Base salary is one component of your total rewards package. You may be eligible for long-term incentives, potential discretionary bonuses, and the ability to purchase company stock at a discounted rate through the Employee Stock Purchase Program (ESPP). OSI also offers comprehensive benefits including various options for health plans, access to 401(k) retirement plan, health savings account, disability insurance, life insurance, AD&D insurance, leave of absence programs and an array of voluntary benefits.
