Capgemini is hiring a Google Cloud Native Architect to design, architect, and deliver scalable, resilient, secure, and cloud-native solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). The role focuses on cloud architecture, microservices, containerization, Kubernetes, APIs, DevOps, and application modernization while collaborating with business and technical stakeholders.

Your role
• Design and implement cloud-native solutions using GCP services.
• Architect applications using Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE), BigQuery, Cloud Functions, Pub/Sub, and Cloud Storage.
• Define security, compliance, and governance standards for enterprise cloud platforms.
• Establish cloud architecture patterns, standards, and best practices.
• Design and develop REST APIs and manage the API lifecycle.
• Build microservices using Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and Spring Dataflow.
• Implement integration patterns including Event-Driven Architectures, Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA), Pub/Sub messaging, and batch integrations.
• Develop and optimize application code with testing and debugging best practices.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub, Maven/Gradle, and JIRA.
• Automate infrastructure using Terraform and Cloud Deployment Manager.
• Promote Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and DevOps best practices.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is $88,544 to $207,401

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
