Overview

The Global Wholesale Planner supports Global Wholesale Merchandising, Category Managers, and Regional Planning & Merchandising teams in building product and financial plans that support global revenue, margin, and brand objectives within Wholesale channels.

This role focuses on translating global strategy into actionable segmentation, channel, and assortment plans through financial modeling, segmentation analytics, and performance insights. The Planner partners with manager and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment from pre-season planning through sell-in and buy execution, while developing strong foundational planning skills and business acumen.

What You'll Do

Strategy & Line Architecture
  • Support the development of wholesale category and segmentation financial plans, defining size, mix, and growth aligned to global strategy.
  • Assist in setting and tracking SKU targets by account tier, channel, and segment, bringing to bear sell-in/sell-out performance and paretos to inform assortment decisions.
  • Partner with Global Wholesale Merchandising to translate strategy into execution-ready assortment.

Planning & Forecasting
  • Support Merchandise Financial Planning (MFP) by helping translate global targets into subregion and channel-level plans, incorporating regional inputs and performance trends.
  • Maintain alignment with merchandising and commercial partners during the transition from pre-season planning to buy execution.
  • Help analyze and track seasonal investments, including SKU counts, depth, and flow, to ensure alignment with category and channel priorities.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Collaborate with Global Wholesale Merchandising, Category Management, Regional Planning, Finance, and Commercial teams to support seasonal planning process and bookings reviews.
  • Participate in monthly and seasonal forums (including Seasonal Bookings Reviews) to represent and support channel insights.
  • Contribute data, analysis, and insights to seasonal hindsight meetings and investment reviews.

Analysis & Insights
  • Analyze account sell-in and sell-out trends to identify risks and opportunities across regions, accounts, and product categories.
  • Build and maintain reporting and analysis to support business reviews, leadership readouts, and ad hoc requests.
  • Find opportunities to improve planning tools, reporting, and processes, partnering with senior team members to evolve ways of working.
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems and reporting outputs.


What You'll Bring to the Table

  • Undergraduate degree in business, supply chain, planning or related field is required
  • At least 2+ years of experience in merchandise planning, assortment planning, financial analysis, or a related analytical role.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large data sets and identify trends and insights.
  • Solid communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners.
  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with evolving priorities.
  • Proficiency in Excel and planning/reporting tools; experience with enterprise planning systems a plus.

Title: Global Wholesale Planner

Salary or Pay Range: $80,000 - $97,000

Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.

Your participation in this flexible schedule plays a key role in building a connected and successful team. In-office requirements vary by our work personas: Resident (5 days), Collaborator (4 days), Connector (2-3 days), Explorer (fully remote). This role has been aligned to the Collaborator persona.

This position is eligible to participate in a company incentive program.
