You will have experience developing and maintaining security policies and standards, ensuring compliance with industry certifications, and conducting security risk assessments in high-security environments. You will have professional experience working with compliance frameworks, devising security strategies, reviewing projects and change management activities, and driving improvements to our security posture.

You will support and uphold the high standards of security policy, compliance, and risk management for an organization that performs decommissioning services of Data Center Hardware in a high-volume industrial environment. The team receives parts, performs sanitization procedures, maintains inventory, and performs visual inspections as needed following all data security and environmental compliance procedures.

You will review projects and change management activities within RRL for compliance to certifications, internal standards, and policies, and perform security risk assessments to provide leadership with best practices on security policy and procedures.

You will routinely collaborate with partner teams within RRL and external customers to enable new processes and increase operational efficiency. You will evaluate proposed changes and projects to ensure they meet security compliance requirements before implementation, and identify opportunities to streamline security processes and reduce risk across RRL's global operations.

The ideal candidate will be a confident, detail-oriented, and analytical professional who can communicate complex compliance requirements clearly and effectively. You must have the ability to interpret and apply multiple regulatory frameworks, work comfortably with ambiguity, and define structure, processes, and standards where none yet exist.

This role requires the ability to travel to RRL locations globally to conduct on-site security assessments, support certification audits, and collaborate with site security teams.
