Full Job Description
Labcorp is seeking a remote Global Project Management Adoption and Enablement Leadto join our Central Labs Services.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement change management strategies aligned with organizational and transformation goals impacting Global Project Management
  • Collaborate with leadership to integrate change management ac vi es into project and program plans
  • Design and execute strategic communicate on plans tailored to specific projects and target audiences that promote change readiness and adoption
  • Identify and engage key stakeholders to gain buy-in and support for change initiatives
  • Participate in stakeholder meetings and workshops to gather input, provide updates, and address concerns
  • Establish metrics and feedback mechanisms to measure the effectiveness of change and communication efforts
  • Use data-driven insights to continuously improve change management and communication strategies
  • Evaluate organizational readiness and define mitigation actions for change risks impacting Global Project Management
  • Partner with Process Governance to assess impacts to operating models, roles, responsibilities, and processes
  • Create communication materials and enablement assets, training strategies, and adoption tools to support change initiatives
  • Establish and manage champion networks and support training delivery execution
  • Establish mitigation plans for adoption, capability, and capacity risks
  • Other duties as assigned.


Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5 or more years of relevant organizational change management experience
  • 2 or more years of hands-on experience delivering impact assessments, training, and communications
  • 2 or more years of experience leveraging technology as an enabler of transformation


Preferred Qualifications:
  • 1 or more years of experience managing workstreams or initiatives within large scale, complex transformations
  • 1 or more years of experience managing senior stakeholder relationships
  • Prosci Change Management certification
  • Change Management Institute certification
  • PMP, PgMP, Agile, or related project/program management certification


Additional Job Standards:
  • Strong management expertise with knowledge of ADKAR or similar models
  • Strategic thinking and ability to drive innovative solutions
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills with senior leaders
  • Strong project management skills with a track record of deliveries on time
  • Analytical judgment, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills

  • Proficiency with communication tools and virtual collaboration platforms.

Pay Range: 105-130K

All job offers will be based on a candidate's skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data.

The position is also eligible for an annual bonus under the Labcorp Bonus Plan. Bonuses are payable based on corporate and/or business segment performance and are subject to individual performance modifiers.
