About the Role:
Responsibilities and Impact:
This role serves as a Global People Partner to the Market Intelligence (MI) Revenue organization, supporting senior Revenue leaders. The role partners closely with RLT and cross-functional teams to strengthen organizational effectiveness, performance rigor, leadership capability, and talent outcomes across the Revenue organization.
Act as a strategic advisor and trusted partner to senior Revenue leaders, supporting business outcomes through effective people strategies focused on organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, talent, succession, and culture.
Strengthen performance management rigor across the Revenue organization, including goal clarity, coaching for underperformance, early intervention, and manager accountability for outcomes.
Partner with Revenue and Finance leadership on workforce planning, productivity, incentive alignment, and change initiatives to support sustainable growth and pay-for-performance discipline.
Lead organizational effectiveness initiatives including leadership effectiveness, engagement action planning, change management, and ways-of-working improvements across a highly matrixed global environment.
Drive talent and succession planning for critical Revenue roles, enabling strong internal pipelines, mobility, and development outcomes.
Operate as an integrator across People COEs (Rewards, Talent, Employee Relations, People Analytics), ensuring strong execution of core people processes and consistent employee experience.
Use workforce data, insights, and analytics to diagnose issues, surface risks, and recommend actions that improve performance, engagement, and retention.
Compensation/Benefits Information: (This section is only applicable to US candidates)
S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $95,000 to $170,000. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual’s geographic location, as well as experience level, skill set, training, licenses and certifications.
In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan.

What We're Looking For:
Basic Required Qualifications:
10+ years of progressive HR / People Partner experience, with significant experience supporting Revenue, Commercial, or P&L-led organizations.
Strong business and financial acumen, with the ability to partner credibly with senior commercial leaders.
Demonstrated experience in organizational effectiveness, performance management, talent planning, and leading change in complex environments.
Experience partnering across global regions.
Ability to influence without authority and navigate a highly matrixed, global organization.
Comfort operating with ambiguity; pragmatic, outcomes-focused, and able to translate strategy into execution.
Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complexity and advise senior leaders with confidence and clarity.
Additional Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience supporting US-based Revenue teams strongly preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Development, Communications, Law, Economics or related field; professional certifications are also valued.
