Full Job Description
Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with members of DXC's global leadership team to develop differentiated messaging, narratives and thought leadership that strengthen executive and company visibility.
  • Write, edit and co-create executive content across formats, including bylined and narrative articles, Q&As newsletters, video and social scripts and other thought leadership materials.
  • Work closely with Global Communications, social media, creative and video teams to develop content that is compelling, consistent with executive voice and optimized for the appropriate audience and channel.
  • Collaborate across marketing, business and technology teams to identify timely thought leadership opportunities and connect executive perspectives to DXC's broader business strategy and areas of expertise.
  • Develop editorial strategies that extend thought leadership across earned media, DXC.com, social channels, industry events, partnerships and other external platforms.
  • Integrate executive thought leadership into major company moments, including events, partnerships, product and service announcements and industry conversations, working closely with regional marketing and communications teams.
  • Manage and edit work from freelance writers and other external contributors, providing clear briefs, editorial direction and feedback to ensure consistently high-quality content.
  • Maintain a strong editorial calendar and manage multiple content projects simultaneously, coordinating stakeholders, reviews and deadlines across a global organization.
  • Track relevant technology, business and industry trends to identify opportunities for DXC leaders to contribute distinctive and timely perspectives to external conversations.


Qualifications
  • 8+ yrs Significant experience in journalism, executive communications, corporate communications, editorial strategy, thought leadership or a related field within SaaS B2B
  • Must be authorized to work in the US without requiring visa sponsorship now nor in the future
  • Stay on top of content and writing content
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to translate complex business and technology topics into clear, engaging content.
  • Demonstrated experience writing for senior executives and adapting content to reflect individual voices and perspectives.
  • Strong editorial judgment and an ability to identify what makes a story, argument or executive point of view distinctive and relevant to external audiences.
  • Experience developing content across multiple formats and channels, including earned media, social media, digital platforms, events and video.
  • Ability to build trusted relationships with senior executives and collaborate effectively across communications, marketing, creative and business teams.
  • Strong project-management skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments, stakeholders and deadlines in a fast-moving global environment.
  • Experience working with freelance writers, agencies or other external content partners.
  • Familiarity with project-management and editorial workflow tools such as Asana.


Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience writing about enterprise technology, AI, cloud, cybersecurity, financial services or other complex B2B topics.
  • Background in journalism, editorial publishing or executive thought leadership.
  • Experience working within a large, global organization and supporting executives across multiple businesses, industries and geographies.


Work Environment
  • Hiring in NY or on the East Coast of US- Hybrid mode


Compensation at DXC is influenced by an array of factors, including but not limited to the experience, job-related knowledge, skills, competencies, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $119,900 - $222,700.

Full-time hires are eligible to participate in the DXC benefit program.
