About the Job:

The Global Associate Director, HCP Education and Engagement Strategy will drive the prelaunch HCP education and engagement foundation for rilzabrutinib in IgG4-Related Disease (IgG4-RD). This role will develop and execute integrated educational strategies, peer-to-peer programming, and engagement tactics designed to build disease awareness, diagnostic confidence, and clinical readiness ahead of launch.

The individual will lead global KOL identification, mapping, and engagement strategy across key treating specialties, working with cross-functional teams and country affiliates to ensure coordinated engagement planning. He/she will also own the strategic vision and prelaunch build-out of a dedicated IgG4-RD digital educational platform for scientific exchange and clinical education.

A critical dimension of this role is serving as a strategic and tactical partner to the Global HCP lead, supporting the translation of priorities into executable initiatives and providing hands-on assistance across education, engagement, and congress execution.

This role requires exceptional cross-functional leadership, working directly with the global brand team, senior leadership, affiliate marketing teams, Medical Affairs, agency partners, and external experts.

This role will be based in Cambridge and will report into the Global Indication Lead for IgG4-RD.

Main Responsibilities:

Education Strategy & Content
  • Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive prelaunch HCP education strategy for rilzabrutinib in IgG4-RD, building foundational scientific understanding of the disease, establishing the mechanistic rationale for BTK inhibition, and shaping the clinical narrative ahead of launch
  • Architect innovative peer-to-peer educational frameworks - including case-based learning, disease awareness workshops, and diagnostic education modules - to address the significant unmet need in IgG4-RD recognition and clinical decision-making across key treating specialties
  • Serve as the strategic lead for educational content development, partnering with the Global HCP Marketing Lead to ensure prelaunch scientific messaging is aligned with brand strategy, while directing agency and vendor relationships to deliver best-in-class disease education programs
  • Provide tactical development support to the Global HCP lead, translating strategic priorities into executable educational initiatives, supporting content creation workflows, and ensuring seamless coordination across workstreams to accelerate program delivery

HCP Engagement & KOL Strategy
  • Serve as the global strategic lead for KOL identification, mapping, and engagement planning across key IgG4-RD treating specialties building a high-impact network of expert educators, clinical champions, and early advocates
  • Design and drive differentiated prelaunch engagement strategies across HCP segments, to build disease awareness, diagnostic confidence, and clinical readiness ahead of launch
  • Lead the design and execution of advisory boards and expert panels, translating insights on diagnostic challenges, treatment gaps, and unmet needs in IgG4-RD into actionable educational strategies and prelaunch brand positioning inputs
  • Support the Global HCP lead with tactical execution, including meeting logistics, materials preparation, and follow-up coordination to ensure high-quality interactions and sustained relationship momentum

Educational Platform
  • Own the strategic vision, design, and prelaunch build-out of a dedicated IgG4-RD digital educational platform, establishing a best-in-class hub for disease education, clinical resources, and scientific exchange for the Rheumatology and Immunology community
  • Define and implement personalized learning journeys for distinct HCP segments, grounded in IgG4-RD knowledge gap analyses and learning preference insights, to drive meaningful engagement and measurable clinical readiness ahead of launch
  • Establish KPIs and performance metrics to evaluate platform effectiveness, optimize content strategy, and demonstrate educational impact to senior stakeholders

Congress & Scientific Exchange
  • Own the global prelaunch congress strategy for rilzabrutinib in IgG4-RD, maximizing scientific presence and disease awareness at priority Rheumatology, Immunology, and rare disease congresses
  • Direct the planning and execution of scientific exchange programs at major medical conferences, including disease-focused educational symposia, IgG4-RD case workshops, and satellite sessions designed to elevate the clinical conversations
  • Partner with Medical Affairs to architect and execute KOL engagement plans that drive meaningful scientific exchange, peer-to-peer learning, and early clinical champion development at congress venues - building the advocacy foundation critical to a successful launch
  • Provide hands-on tactical support to the Global HCP Lead for congress execution, including booth strategy, speaker coordination, meeting scheduling, and post-congress follow-up to maximize stakeholder engagement
