Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 11 years of experience in consulting, corporate strategy, data analytics, performance marketing, business analysis, product strategy, or a related technical field.
  • Experience leading projects, including planning, execution, and delivery.

Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience with measurement methodologies, including Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), attribution modeling (e.g., Ads Data Hub), and incrementality or brand lift testing, alongside Google advertising products (e.g., YouTube, Google Ads, Google Analytics).
  • Experience working in the entertainment, gaming, or consumer electronics sectors and collaborating with global media agency networks.
  • Experience translating complex data structures, technical constraints, and query updates into clear, strategic narratives for executive sponsors.
  • Client-facing experience with an ability to influence across levels, from technical teams to executive sponsors.
  • Knowledge of SQL, databases, cloud solutions (e.g., Vertex AI), and basic automation techniques (e.g., dashboards, automating custom reports).


Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of clients' global measurement strategy and learning agenda, ensuring alignment with executive-level strategic business objectives.
  • Drive performance excellence by proving the value of AI-powered campaigns and advanced formats (like AI Max and mid-funnel video). Propose, design, and run structured experiments to demonstrate media effectiveness.
  • Partner cross-functionally with technical and data science teams to develop custom AI solutions (such as YouTube engagement and virality trackers) that surface deep audience insights for major theatrical and gaming launches.
  • Utilize a modern measurement framework to prove media impact, combining MMM, structured incrementality experiments, and privacy-centric attribution solutions to evaluate and optimize ROI.
  • Translate complex technical data into clear narratives for executive sponsors and Joint Business Plan (JBP) partners, scaling successful local market pilots to global teams.


Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
