Nous sommes à la recherche d'un(e) gestionnaire, affaires publiques pour diriger la stratégie intégrée d'affaires publiques d'Uber au Québec. Il s'agit d'un poste à fort impact et fortement orienté vers l'externe, responsable de faire progresser les politiques publiques, de piloter les communications stratégiques, de renforcer la réputation d'Uber et de contribuer à façonner l'avenir de la mobilité et de la livraison dans l'un des marchés les plus importants du Canada.

Responsabilités
  • Diriger la stratégie intégrée d'affaires publiques d'Uber au Québec, en combinant les relations gouvernementales, les politiques publiques, les communications stratégiques et les relations avec les parties prenantes.
  • Établir des relations de confiance avec les gouvernements, les médias, les partenaires de l'industrie et les autres parties prenantes clés afin de faire progresser les priorités d'affaires d'Uber.
  • Élaborer et mettre en œuvre des campagnes de représentation et de communication qui renforcent la réputation d'Uber et contribuent à l'évolution des cadres législatifs et réglementaires.
  • Agir à titre de conseiller(ère) stratégique auprès des dirigeants de l'entreprise sur les enjeux politiques, réglementaires, de communication et de réputation.
  • Élaborer des messages convaincants qui positionnent Uber comme un chef de file de la mobilité, de la livraison, de l'innovation et de l'économie numérique.
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes des Affaires juridiques, des Opérations, du Marketing, des Produits et des Communications afin de faire progresser les objectifs d'affaires.

Qualifications de base
  • Diplôme universitaire de premier cycle ou expérience équivalente.
  • Au moins sept ans d'expérience en affaires publiques, politiques publiques, relations gouvernementales, communications, journalisme, droit, campagnes politiques ou dans un domaine connexe.
  • Expérience de travail avec les institutions gouvernementales du Québec et excellente connaissance des environnements politique, réglementaire et médiatique québécois.
  • Excellentes aptitudes en communication écrite et orale, en français et en anglais.
  • Expérience démontrée dans l'élaboration et la mise en œuvre de campagnes intégrées d'affaires publiques, de représentation ou de communication.
  • Expérience couvrant à la fois les communications et les politiques publiques, ou capacité démontrée à collaborer efficacement entre ces deux disciplines.
  • Excellente capacité à établir des relations et à exercer une influence auprès de hauts représentants gouvernementaux, des médias et d'organisations externes.
  • Capacité éprouvée à gérer plusieurs priorités simultanément et à travailler efficacement au sein d'équipes multidisciplinaires.

About the role

We're looking for a Manager, Public Affairs to lead Uber's integrated public affairs strategy in Québec. This is a high-impact, externally facing role responsible for advancing public policy, driving strategic communications, strengthening Uber's reputation, and helping shape the future of mobility and delivery in one of Canada's most important markets.

What you'll do

  • Lead Uber's integrated public affairs strategy across Québec, combining government relations, public policy, strategic communications, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Build trusted relationships with government, media, industry partners, and other key stakeholders to advance Uber's business priorities.
  • Develop and execute advocacy and communications campaigns that strengthen Uber's reputation and shape legislative and regulatory outcomes.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to business leaders, providing counsel on political, regulatory, communications, and reputational issues.
  • Develop compelling narratives and messaging that position Uber as a leader in mobility, delivery, innovation, and the digital economy.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Legal, Operations, Marketing, Product, and Communications to advance business objectives.
  • Represent Uber externally in meetings, consultations, media engagements, and industry forums.

Responsibilities

For Canada-based roles: The base salary range for this role is CAD $145,000 per year - CAD $161,000 per year.

You will be eligible to participate in Uber's bonus program, and may be offered an equity award & other types of comp. You will also be eligible for various benefits.
