Full Job Description
General Manager - Lubbock Plant & Drop Store

Edit Clean LLC

Lead operations. Build the team. Own the results. Immediate start.

The Opportunity

This is a chance to take ownership of two Lubbock locations from day one. You'll manage the plant and drop store as an integrated operation-~30 team members-with full P&L responsibility. The role has been vacant for 10 months; operations are steady but undersupported. You'll stabilize the team, restore operational discipline, and unlock margin. This is hands-on leadership where your decisions drive quality, profitability, and culture.

If you've managed teams in hospitality, food service, or retail and know how to run a tight operation while keeping people engaged, this is your role.

What You'll Own

  • Team leadership-hire, train, develop, and retain production and service staff; set culture and hold performance
  • Quality and operations-enforce cleaning/finishing/packaging standards; track damage claims; minimize rework; drive customer satisfaction
  • P&L performance-grow revenue (customer loyalty, piece count, add-on services); manage labor and operational costs; hit margin targets
  • Scheduling and compliance-staff both locations for volume; ensure compliance with all operational and regulatory requirements
  • Customer experience-oversee counter operations, order accuracy, and a clean, welcoming environment
  • Equipment and maintenance-preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, minimizing downtime
  • Daily operations-cash management, inventory, load tracking, chemical use, weekly/monthly reporting
  • Safety and culture-create a safe, clean, supportive environment where your team does their best work

Who You Are

  • 3+ years managing and training employees (restaurant, retail, operations, hospitality-we care about your track record, not your industry)
  • 3+ years customer-facing or customer service experience
  • Comfortable reading and managing a P&L; you understand unit economics and labor/material cost drivers
  • Natural leader-you attract and retain good people; you hold folks accountable and help them grow
  • Detail-oriented-quality and consistency matter to you; you catch what others miss
  • Hands-on problem-solver-you show up early, dig in, and get things done
  • High school diploma or equivalent; some secondary education preferred
  • Ability to lift 100 lbs occasionally and carry up to 50 lbs frequently

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary + performance bonus (up to $10,000 annually based on operational and financial targets)
  • Health, dental, and vision coverage
  • Full operational ownership and real decision-making authority
  • Clear path to advancement in a growing company
  • A team and company that values accountability, execution, and doing things right

Timeline

Immediate start preferred. Target hire by end of June 2026.
