Role Overview

Sodexo is looking for a General Manager 4 for our campus segment account at University of North Carolina School of Arts, located in Winston Salem, NC. UNCSA is a unique public conservatory and arts school, offering professional training in performing, visual, and moving image arts. It's known for its high school, undergraduate, and master's degree programs, preparing students for careers in the arts. UNCSA is also the first public arts conservatory in the United States. Account is made up of a Resident Dining Hall, a coffee shop, two retail locations, a convience store, catering and vending in the artist village residential area.

What You'll Do

  • have oversight of day-to-day operations;

What You Bring

  • have a work history demonstrating strong employee engagement leadership skills, as well as previous supervisory experience and the ability to work collaboratively;
  • have culinary production experience and a strong background in safety and sanitation compliance;
  • can manage multiple priorities, demonstrate professional communication skills, and a passion for a high level of customer service;
  • prioritize tasks and exhibit flexibility to take on additional responsibilities as needed; and/or
  • demonstrate working knowledge of Food Management Systems and is proficient in computer skills and report management experience. This does not apply to external candidates.
  • Must have a Valid Driver's License
