As a Delivery Leader with focus on Client Delivery, you will be a senior consulting leader responsible for driving client outcomes, growing strategic accounts, shaping sales opportunities, developing talent, and ensuring delivery excellence across complex business and technology transformation programs.

Job Title:Senior Principal - Client Delivery

So, what will I do?
  • Lead the successful delivery of large, complex, multi-workstream programs and portfolios, ensuring alignment to client goals, timelines, budgets, and measurable business outcomes.
  • Independently establish and lead program governance models, executive reporting structures, decision frameworks, and risk management practices that enable effective oversight, timely decisions, and successful delivery.
  • Apply consulting expertise to assess client challenges, shape delivery strategies, and recommend scalable operating models, delivery approaches, and organizational improvements.
  • Proactively manage scope, risks, issues, dependencies, stakeholder alignment, and commercial commitments while using a data-driven approach to protect timelines, budgets, quality, and delivery integrity.
  • Apply and champion delivery best practices and methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, SAFe, hybrid, and product-based approaches, tailoring methods to client needs and organizational maturity.
  • Own engagement and account financials, including margin, staffing, forecasting, managed revenue, utilization, and profitability.
  • Maintain accountability for delivering against a $1.5M+ personal revenue target through a combination of sold and managed work.
  • Support the growth of a healthy sales pipeline while partnering with account leaders and market teams to identify, qualify, shape, and close new opportunities.


  • Lead proposal development, solution shaping, Statement of Work creation, pricing inputs, and executive client presentations, while supporting effective sales-to-delivery transitions.
  • Build and expand strategic client relationships, strengthen Slalom's trusted advisor position, and identify opportunities to grow account revenue and introduce additional capabilities.
  • Champion Delivery Excellence by establishing repeatable delivery frameworks, governance standards, quality practices, metrics, and reusable assets across engagements.
  • Use AI-powered tools and techniques to improve delivery speed, quality, governance, forecasting, reporting, documentation, and decision-making.
  • Help clients adopt responsible, practical AI-enabled ways of working that create measurable value while maintaining appropriate human oversight and risk management.
  • Manage, mentor, and coach, providing feedback, career support, and performance coaching to build high-performing teams and future leaders.
  • Contribute to recruiting, capability development, and knowledge sharing activities.
  • Maintain 75%+ personal utilization while supporting team utilization, capability health, and broader market priorities.

And, what will I bring?
  • 12+ years of consulting experience leading business and technology transformation initiatives within a client-facing professional services or consulting environment.
  • Proven success independently leading large-scale, cross-functional programs and portfolios with multiple workstreams, complex dependencies, executive-level visibility, and accountability for outcomes.
  • Proven experience building, managing, and converting sales pipelines, shaping opportunities, and contributing to business development and pursuit activities.
  • Demonstrated success managing project and account budgets, staffing, contractual commitments, forecasting, margin, utilization, and profitability.
  • Experience writing, reviewing, and negotiating Statements of Work and leading proposal and solution-shaping activities with clients.
  • Expertise in Agile, Waterfall, SAFe, hybrid, and product-based delivery models, with the ability to tailor approaches to client needs.
  • Strong understanding of AI technologies and practical experience using AI-enabled tools and delivery practices to improve client and program outcomes.
  • Exceptional communication, facilitation, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence executives and guide teams through complexity and ambiguity.
  • Experience managing, mentoring, coaching, and developing high-performing teams and future leaders.

We are hybrid but there are expectations that if your team leader and/or client requires you onsite that you are able to meet those expectations/requirements.

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the expected base salary pay range is $143,000-$178,000.

In addition, there is potential for a 15% discretionary bonus based on individual and company performance. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, and other relevant factors.
