Snowflake Partner Solution Lead - West RegionAs a
Snowflake Partner Solution Lead, you will take the helm of one of Slalom's most critical technology alliances. Representing a Snowflake
Elite Services Partner and
7-time Snowflake Partner of the Year, you will act as a senior technical and commercial authority at the intersection of partner strategy, solution leadership, and global go-to-market execution.
You will be a trusted advisor to Snowflake, Slalom leadership, and our clients-bringing deep technical expertise, a strong point of view, and the ability to translate Snowflake's platform capabilities into compelling business outcomes. You will also play a critical role in enabling repeatability, supporting complex pursuits, and elevating our Snowflake delivery maturity.
What You'll DoPartner Strategy & Thought Leadership- Act as a senior technical and strategic leader for Slalom's Snowflake partnership, shaping our global Snowflake data, analytics, and AI strategy.
- Serve as a Snowflake thought leader within Slalom, contributing to internal communities (TEAMS, DCOS) and influencing our global data roadmap.
- Co-develop industry-specific viewpoints, reference architectures, and solution patterns aligned to Snowflake's product strategy.
- Represent Slalom externally through joint Snowflake initiatives, partner events, enablement sessions, and executive briefings.
Client Advisory & Delivery Excellence- Support complex, high-impact Snowflake client engagements, acting as a senior solution advisor alongside local delivery leadership.
- Translate business objectives into scalable Snowflake-centric architectures and phased transformation roadmaps.
- Provide technical oversight and guidance on solution design, delivery quality, and risk across Snowflake-led programs.
- Enable strong handoff to local delivery teams, ensuring clarity on scope, solution intent, team design, and success measures.
Commercial Growth & Pre-Sales Leadership- Partner closely with Slalom sales, account, and industry teams to support strategic Snowflake pursuits with deep technical expertise.
- Lead or support Snowflake-focused pre-sales activities including solution shaping, RFI/RFP responses, technical validation, and executive presentations.
- Develop compelling proposals and statements of work that clearly articulate business value, outcomes, and ROI.
- Create repeatable approaches for how we sell and deliver Snowflake engagements at scale, improving consistency and speed to value.
Enablement, Assets & GTM Acceleration- Contribute to the creation of Snowflake GTM collateral, accelerators, demos, and technical assets.
- Design and deliver enablement for Slalom leaders on how to sell and deliver large, transformational Snowflake programs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Snowflake product and professional services teams, aligning roadmaps and joint opportunities.
- Create and deliver high-quality Snowflake demos that showcase Slalom's differentiated value and industry relevance.
What you'll bring- 10+ years of experience designing and delivering modern data platforms, with deep, hands-on expertise in Snowflake.
- Proven experience in a partner-facing, consulting, or product-aligned role, supporting complex sales cycles and enterprise-scale programs.
- Strong understanding of modern data architecture patterns (e.g. cloud data platforms, data products, data mesh, Lakehouse, semantic layers).
- Ability to connect Snowflake platform capabilities to real business outcomes across analytics, AI/ML, and operational use cases.
- Demonstrated success collaborating across global and local teams, balancing strategic influence with pragmatic execution.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence engaging senior client and partner executives.
- Experience developing repeatable offerings, accelerators, or methodologies that drive scalable growth.
- Snowflake certifications (e.g. SnowPro Advanced Architect or higher) are strongly preferred.

For this position at the Senior Principal level, the base salary pay ranges are listed below with an annual bonus target.
Denver, Phoenix, Portland and Salt Lake City: $158,000 - $217,000
Los Angeles, Orange County, San Diego and Seattle: $172,000 - $237,000
San Francisco: $188,000 - $258,000
Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
