Full Job Description
In this role you will take ownership over specific applications driving the full stack development function, driving design, architecture, and delivery of enterprise web applications and API services. You will be responsible for optimizing application platforms and development processes, guiding the team through hands-on code reviews, and ensuring alignment with architectural standards and business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a team of full stack developers on project design, development, and delivery
  • Design and architect end-to-end web solutions spanning front-end, back-end, database, and API layers
  • Optimize application platforms, systems, and development processes for performance and efficiency
  • Conduct regular code reviews, enforce coding standards, and establish peer review processes
  • Drive technical design decisions aligned with enterprise architecture and business requirements
  • Own CI/CD pipeline implementation, deployment automation, and release management
  • Implement and manage application monitoring, alerting, and performance optimization
  • Architect AI integration features and oversee adoption of GitHub Copilot and vibe coding practices
  • Design and manage Azure API Management policies, gateways, and API lifecycle
  • Collaborate with the SharePoint Lead, Power Platform Lead, and QA Lead for integrated delivery
  • Manage task assignments, sprint deliverables, and team capacity planning
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues across the full application stack
  • Evaluate and adopt modern frameworks, libraries, and development tools

Methodologies & Delivery Practices:

  • Experience working in Agile (Scrum) and Waterfall delivery models.
  • Proficient in using JIRA for defect management, test tracking, and collaboration with development teams.


The expected base salary ranges from $112k-$190k. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications and licenses obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to salary and a generous employee benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus.
