Full Stack Engineer to design, build, integrate, and operate secure enterprise applications on the Microsoft Azure platform. This role owns application engineering, APIs, cloud services, Microsoft 365 integrations, and DevOps practices. The engineer will collaborate closely with the divisions to turn approved AI capabilities into reliable, user-focused production solutions
Position DescriptionApplication & API Development- Design, build, test, and maintain scalable enterprise web applications using a modern front-end framework such as React, Angular, or Vue.js and a back-end stack such as .NET/C#, Node.js, or Python.
- Build and maintain RESTful and GraphQL APIs that integrate with Microsoft 365, Azure services, line-of-business systems, and approved data sources.
- Design and manage application data stores using Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, or other appropriate relational and NoSQL technologies.
- Create reusable components, technical documentation, automated tests, and supportable coding standards
Azure & Microsoft Platform Engineering- Deploy and operate solutions using Azure App Service, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management, and related cloud services.
- Implement identity, access management, and single sign-on integrations using Microsoft Entra ID.
- Integrate Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, Teams, SharePoint, and Microsoft Graph with enterprise applications where appropriate.
- Maintain application security, privacy, availability, logging, and compliance controls in alignment with IT governance standards.
DevOps & Reliability - Implement CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions, including automated build, test, security, and deployment controls.
- Monitor application performance and reliability, troubleshoot defects, manage technical debt, and support production releases.
- Participate in architecture reviews, code reviews, release planning, and incident resolution
Collaboration & Leadership- Partner with business units and the ML Engineer to convert approved use cases into secure, usable, and scalable applications.
- Translate business requirements into technical designs and communicate trade-offs clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to the enterprise technology roadmap
Skills & Qualifications- 5+ years of experience in full stack software development
- Strong proficiency in at least one modern front-end framework and one back-end language such as .NET/C#, Node.js, or Python
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure; AZ-204 or AZ-305 certification preferred
- Experience integrating Microsoft 365 services, including Teams, SharePoint, Microsoft Graph, or Exchange
- Strong understanding of API design, relational and NoSQL databases, secure coding, automated testing, and DevOps practices
- Experience with Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions and production support in a cloud environment
- Ability to translate requirements into maintainable technical solutions and documentation
Nice to Have- Power Platform development and integration experience
- Experience integrating AI services, copilots, agents, or model endpoints into production applications
- Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric or Azure Synapse Analytics
- Background in waste management, logistics, or environmental services
- Microsoft Azure or Power Platform certification
Salary - $130,000 - $150,000
