Stefanini is looking for a Full Stack Developer (Dearborn, MI)We are seeking software engineer to work on Propulsion in-house developed apps in CAD / CAE domain with the knowledge of OOP concepts, JAVA/Angular programming and Automation testing. Job involves software engineering responsibilities in CAD / CAE domain such as understanding the requirement, design and develop the solution, problem debugging and analysis, testing the developed components/models and pushing the tested module to the version-controlled environment (GitHub).
Key Responsibilities- Engage with customers to deeply understand their use-cases, pain points, and requirements, showcasing empathy and advocating for user-centric software solutions
- Assess the requirements of the software application or service and determine the most suitable technology stack, integration method, deployment strategy, etc.
- Create high-level software architecture designs that outline the overall structure, components, and interfaces of the application
- Define and implement software test strategy, guidelines, policies and processes in line with organization vision, industry regulations and market best practices.
- Familiar with programming practices, such as test-driven development, continuous integration, and continuous delivery
- Support security practices to safeguard user data including encryption and anonymization.
- Develop and maintain back-end applications like APIs and microservices using server-side languages
- Evaluate and incorporate emerging technologies and capabilities to deliver their solutions, and are monitoring and participating in solutions for new stack layers, often involving industry collaboration

Skills Preferred- KAFKA, Testing Methodologies, Artificial Intelligence & Expert Systems
Experience Required- 5+ years of experience of utilizing Java full stack to design scalable web applications by leveraging microservices architecture and APIGEE / RESTful APIs.
- 3+ years of experience of utilizing Angular to create user friendly front-end and enable real-time data updates in the web application user interface.'
- Minimum 5+ SQL / Oracle database experience or PostGres
- Google Cloud Platform (GCP) development (Cloud Run, Pub Sub, GCS Bucket) and deployment experience
- Strong in functional, integration and regression testing manually and automatically
- Experience working complex SQL queries to retrieve and analyze data in relational database
- Familiarity with GitHub or equivalent source control repositories
- Experience with test-driven development practices
- Experience troubleshooting application and performance issues.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative when facing unexpected problems
Experience Preferred- Agile development
- Experience in Jira
- Development Practices such as TDD/BDD
- Well versed with design such OOP
- Code quality analysis of performing static and dynamic analysis on their own code
- AI Development
