Job Description:

Profit Plan, Forecasting & Analysis
  • Support the development, consolidation, and ongoing management of the UTG profit plan.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts, including variance analysis versus plan, prior forecasts, and actuals.
  • Analyze key financial drivers and trends impacting UTG financial performance and proactively identify risks and opportunities.
  • Provide clear, executive-level commentary explaining performance, drivers, and forecast changes.


Charge-Out Planning & Consolidation
  • Consolidate and forecast the UTG charge-out plan across supported business units.
  • Partner with stakeholders to validate assumptions, allocation methodologies, and timing of charge-outs.
  • Ensure consistency between charge-out forecasts, profit plan assumptions, and actual expense recognition.


Capital Planning & Forecasting
  • Support the consolidation and forecasting of UTG capital plans, including technology infrastructure, software, and strategic initiatives.
  • Track capital spend versus plan and forecast, including timing, capitalization assumptions, and deployment impacts.
  • Partner with accounting and project teams to ensure alignment with capitalization policies and financial reporting requirements.


Reporting & Executive Support
  • Prepare and deliver high-quality financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for UTG finance leadership and senior management.
  • Support ad hoc financial analysis and scenario modeling to inform strategic and investment decisions.
  • Continuously improve forecasting processes, tools, and reporting to enhance accuracy and efficiency.


Cross-Functional Partnership
  • Collaborate with business unit finance partners to understand financial impacts of initiatives.
  • Serve as a trusted finance partner, translating complex financial data into actionable insights.

Pay Range:
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $82,140.00/year to $133,500.00/year. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to, market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and education/training and a candidate's work experience. Hired applicants are offered annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs, subject to applicable eligibility requirements. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance. The company offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements.
