The Financial Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting the financial planning, analysis, and reporting activities of the company. This position will be responsible for providing insightful analysis, identifying trends, and offering strategic recommendations to senior management to drive informed decision making. The position will report to the Sr. Director of FP&A and is required to build a strong working relationship with the Lead Financial Data Analyst.
*This is a remote position, however, if you are not located near our Corporate Headquarters, you may need to travel in at periodic intervals.
Essential Job Duties- Conduct financial planning and forecasting processes, including budget preparation, variance analysis, and financial modeling.
- Perform in-depth analysis of financial data, trends, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for cost optimization.
- Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, to senior management and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Work with Solver system and Lead Financial Data Analyst to ensure proper data integrity and Manage full-cycle accounts receivable, including invoicing, payment posting (checks and credit cards), and maintaining accurate account records execution
- Assist in the preparation of board presentations, investor communications, and other financial presentations as needed.
- Monitor and assess market trends, industry benchmarks, and regulatory changes to provide recommendations for adapting financial strategies accordingly

Ideal Candidate Will Have- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CPA designation preferred.
- Proven experience (1+ years) in a financial role, preferably in a corporate finance environment. Public accountants will be considered.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and other financial software tools a plus.
- Solver experience a plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey financial information effectively to diverse audiences.
- Strategic mindset with a focus on driving business results and improving financial performance.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in financial reporting and analysis.

Salary Range: $85,000- $95,000
