The ideal candidate combines strong software engineering skills with the ability to understand customer requirements, develop integrations, troubleshoot issues, and take ownership of solutions from requirements discovery through deployment.
Key Responsibilities - Work directly with customers and internal teams to understand business and technical requirements.
- Translate customer requirements into practical technical solutions.
- Build and deploy customer-facing applications, integrations, and workflows.
- Develop software and automation using Python.
- Build and integrate REST APIs and third-party services.
- Work with SQL and databases to retrieve, transform, and manage data.
- Deploy and support solutions using AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Use Docker and containerized environments to develop and deploy applications.
- Work with CI/CD pipelines to support reliable software delivery.
- Troubleshoot application, integration, data, and deployment issues.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and customer teams throughout implementation.
- Support data engineering and system integration activities.
- Communicate technical concepts and solutions clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Take ownership of assigned customer solutions and ensure successful implementation.
Required Qualifications - 2-5 years of experience in software engineering, implementation engineering, solutions engineering, or a related technical role.
- Strong programming experience with Python.
- Strong experience working with REST APIs and system integrations.
- Experience with SQL and relational databases.
- Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience with Docker and containerized applications.
- Experience with CI/CD practices and tools.
- Experience working with data, integrations, or data engineering workflows.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work directly with customers and understand their technical requirements.
Preferred Qualifications - Experience with Kubernetes.
- Experience with JavaScript or TypeScript.
- Exposure to LLMs, Generative AI, RAG, or AI Agents.
- Experience participating in requirements discovery and solution design.
- Familiarity with system design and solution architecture.
- Experience working in customer-facing engineering or implementation environments.
