Financial Management Analyst The Opportunity: The right mixture of great ideas and funding can create change. In a complex organization, allocating funding to where it can be most effective can be challenging. That's why we need a financial analyst like you who can navigate the requirements, policies, and regulations that govern funding, to make sure our Navy's resources can make the most impact. As a financial analyst on our team, you'll create a financial management strategy to help our client succeed. You'll work with program managers and task leads to build an actionable plan for your client to secure the funding needed to achieve their goals. Using your knowledge of laws, regulations, and policies, you'll provide analytical support to your client for the development of well-formed requirements. Once the funding is in place, you'll make sure the funding is used efficiently through consistent tracking and communication with program managers and task leads. This is your chance to work on high-level naval systems while imparting your financial analysis expertise to your team. You Have: 32+ years of experience executing Purchase Requisitions (PRs) in Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (Navy-ERP), completing Funds Allocation Request Forms (FARFs) in NAVSEA COBRA, or supporting Task Planning Sheets (TPS) in the NAVSEA Enterprise Planning System (NEPS) 32Knowledge of Navy appropriations and financial processes, including the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) system and Navy POM process 32Ability to create reports that reflect financial planning and execution 32Ability to identify financial risks early and collaborate across technical teams to develop solutions 32Ability to communicate financial insights effectively 32Secret clearance 32Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting Nice If You Have: 32Experience supporting a Navy Systems Command Program Management Office 32Experience developing spend plans 32Knowledge of the acquisition lifecycle 32Ability to mentor junior analysts or manage financial workstreams 32Certified Defense Financial Manger (CDFM) or DAWIA Business FM Certification Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $53,000.00 to $108,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
