Full Job Description
Mission Strategy Specialist
The Opportunity:

Are you passionate about helping organizations understand and reach their goals? Do you live for that "ah-ha!" moment when your client realizes you just showed them how to transform their organization? Many organizations know where they want to go but getting there can be a challenge. We're looking for you: a strategy specialist who can identify an organization's long-term goals and show it how to achieve them.

This is an opportunity to have a direct impact. As a strategy specialist on our team, you'll engage with clients at the senior level to help them understand their organization and crystallize their goals. You'll need to ask the right questions to draw out your client's objectives and vision. Your client will look to you to show them their organization from the outside. From unrealized potential to systemic challenges, you'll provide your client with a holistic view of their organization, as well as the multiple paths they can take to modernize.

As the strategy expert, you'll identify and anticipate your client's needs as you create their way forward. You'll prepare and conduct business analyses, study needs assessments, requirements analysis or definition, and cost or benefit analyses to align business systems, solutions, and initiatives. You'll prepare forecasts, analyze trends, and report regulations and business conditions. You'll analyze metrics, performance measurements, requirements, reports, and recommendations for management, organizational structure, procedures, and business systems. Join us and lead change for the better.

You Have:
  • Experience supporting the Intelligence Community
  • Experience working with teams in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Experience with using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Ability to solve complex problems using critical thinking
  • TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
  • Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:
  • Experience drafting decision briefings, visual decision briefings, strategic planning, facilitation, and organizational planning
  • Experience working with executives
  • Ability to overcome challenges and obstacles
  • Ability to use traditional and out-of-the-box solutions
  • Possession of excellent interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills
  • Master's degree

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
