Full Job Description
We are seeking a talented individual to join our Digital Infrastructure team at Marsh. This role will be based in New York, NY. The is a hybrid role that requires at least three days a week in the office.

This role supports client placements and relationship management by preparing market submissions, coordinating key initiatives, conducting market research, and ensuring accurate reporting and data entry. It also involves supporting complex transactions, managing risks and escalations appropriately, building strong relationships with clients and insurance partners, and staying current through industry events and training.

We will count on you to:
  • Assists with the marketing and successful placement of client transactions with insurance partners, including drafting market submissions, negotiating competitive terms, and supporting insurance structuring and wording negotiations
  • Promotes strong client and insurer relationship management by setting up meetings, coordinating key initiatives, and helping with more complex placements
  • Conducts research on markets and industries to identify new growth areas, emerging trends, and expansion opportunities for internal use
  • Ensures accurate and timely input of data for reporting, stewardship meetings, servicing purposes, and new business opportunity and trend analyses
  • Helps manage expectations, mitigate relationship risks, and apply judgment regarding when to escalate major issues to senior colleagues while ensuring compliance
  • Provides technical and transactional support for complex or high-priority relationships to help maintain client satisfaction and mutual understanding
  • Develops strong relationships with professional counterparts at client organizations and insurance partners
  • Attends industry events, conferences, and training sessions to build professional networks, maintain market proximity, and expand technical service capabilities

Marsh is committed to hybrid work, which includes the flexibility of working remotely and the collaboration, connections and professional development benefits of working together in the office. All Marsh colleagues are expected to be in their local office or working onsite with clients at least three days per week. Office-based teams will identify at least one "anchor day" per week on which their full team will be together in person.

The applicable base salary range for this role is $72,500 to $154,300.

The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
