Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or another quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 7 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), consulting, or a related function.
  • Experience executing full-cycle FP&A functions including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and modeling within a multinational company setting.

Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience in developing strategies in fluid engaged environments, impeccable business judgment for resource allocation decisions to achieve the desired business outcome.
  • Experience with building financial reporting, produce analysis, implementing scalable monitoring and implementing reporting solutions.
  • Experience influencing and partnering with business stakeholders.
  • Ability to work with data to produce analysis, influencing decision making with numerical analysis and generating insights.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $141000 - $205000 (USD) 15% bonus target equity benefits

Responsibilities
  • Drive accelerated growth for AI Solutions by conducting in-depth search analyses of market opportunities, engaged landscapes, and customer adoption trends to provide strategic insights to AI Solutions Sales leaders.
  • Drive margin expansion and mitigate financial risk across strategic AI Solutions agreements and commercial structures by providing actionable recommendations and driving finance-led initiatives, including discounts, controls, and other top- and bottom-line levers to help Go-To-Market (GTM) achieve its margin goals.
  • Help develop and lead the AI horizontal/vertical market solutions, applications, programs, and commercial engagements to drive scale and growth.
  • Collaborate with the AI Specialist team, Sales Operations, and regional Strategy and Operations (S&O) to support critical decision-making and enhance overall regional performance.
  • Showcase our use of AI tools to both internal and external customers.
