Job Overview What You'll Own- Drive net-new pipeline by designing and executing field marketing programs: webinars, trade shows, in-person events, and digital activations, ensuring a focus on ROI from the start
- Build multi-touchpoint, integrated campaigns that move leads through the funnel using ads, email, social, content, and more, optimizing ruthlessly based on performance data
- Partner with sales to align marketing activity directly to pipeline goals; communicate clearly on metrics that matter to leadership
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate campaign development, personalize outreach, analyze performance, and find competitive edges faster
- Identify and evaluate third-party and co-marketing demand generation opportunities with a sharp eye on cost-per-opportunity
- Work cross-functionally with Product Marketing to develop and repurpose content that converts
- Support customer marketing programs that protect and expand existing relationships through cross-sell and retention initiatives
- Monitor pipeline health and make real-time adjustments to keep numbers on track or ahead of plan
What You BringExperience- 3-7 years in demand generation or field marketing, with at least 2 years in B2B SaaS
- Proven track record of campaigns that generated pipeline, not just impressions
- Experience marketing to legal tech or enterprise buyers is a strong plus
AI & Tools Fluency- You use AI tools: Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity, or others as standard equipment, not a novelty
- HubSpot, Salesforce, and Asana; you know how to build reporting that reveals real insights

- Analytically sharp: you're as comfortable in a data export as you are in a creative brief
