Construction Manager
We are seeking a Construction Manager to support the expansion of residential fiber optic networks throughout the Chicagoland area. In this role, you will oversee field construction activities, coordinate contractors and project teams, and ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget. The ideal candidate will have at least four years of experience in telecommunications outside plant (OSP) construction and a strong understanding of fiber network infrastructure.
This position also includes responsibility for quality control, regulatory compliance, contractor management, and team leadership. Candidates should possess strong problem-solving skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and the ability to travel within the assigned market.
The annual salary range for this position is $90,000 to $120,000, with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for career growth.
