Family Law Litigator - Indiana License Required

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Family Law Litigator to join the winning team in our Chicago office. The successful candidate will have strong litigation skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for helping clients navigate complex family legal issues and safeguard their children. This position can be hybrid or fully in-office.

The salary range for this position is $85,000 - $130,000 plus bonus potential. Specific compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's qualifications and relevant experience.

Responsibilities
• Research and draft legal documents related to family law cases to provide strategic legal advice
• Represent clients in court proceedings, depositions, and more to advocate for their best interests
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and judges to ensure the smooth progress of cases

Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience practicing family law preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate with potential
• Active license to practice law in the state of Indiana required; Illinois license a plus
• Strong research and writing skills
• Spanish language skills a plus
• Proficient in legal software and technology
