Job Description

The Facilities Product Manager - Chemicals is responsible for providing oversight, innovation, and standards to support development of and enhancement to new and existing Healthcare + Products and/or suite of products. Provides subject matter expertise in a defined category in order to build relationships with external suppliers and developers as well as supports internal regions and accounts in the implementation and improvement of systems, standards, and processes to ensure consistency of Aramark's operating programs and consistency of Aramark's operating capability from one facility to the next.

**This is a remote, work-from-home, role with national travel. Proximity to a major airport is preferred.

Travel: Expected to travel up to 70%.

Job Responsibilities

  • Functions as a Subject Matter Expert in at least one of the following service lines as segmented by the Product and Innovations Team
    • Chemicals
    • System Automation/Innovation
    • FFP (or other designated program)
    • Mobile Medical Equipment
  • Supports the Aramark Programs through training, virtual and onsite.
  • Acts as the liaison to Aramark approved vendors for equipment, supplies products.
    • Subject Matter Expert in key Aramark facility programs
    • Provide national support to computerized maintenance management system relative to system operation, development upgrades, enhancements and or training.
    • Support on-site services to to both existing facilities and as an SME in mobilizations Service Lines:
    • Provide support to the Center of Excellence Project Managers, Regional staff and Operations teams for new facility management mobilizations and ensure the full implementation of Aramark's operating programs.
      • Utilize technical expertise to evaluate Aramark's operating program standards, measure performance and recommend solutions in order to enhance or improve operations.
      • Works with Project Manager assigned to the mobilization and prepares operational and budget trackers to ensure a smooth on time and on budget mobilization.
    • Works in partnership with other Portfolio leaders to ensure success across accounts
  • Use operational expertise to pilot and implement new and existing systems and technologies.
  • Publish and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for each specific line of service.
  • Represent Healthcare + Center of Excellence in the development, testing, and piloting of new technology, programs, and systems.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain Facilities resources
  • Assist in the development, implementation, and facilitation of technical training programs for Healthcare + Facilities Front Line managers and employees.
  • Assess and monitor select accounts through compliance audits to ensure compliance with our client contracts, OSHA, Life Safety, and other local, state, and federal regulations, and financial obligations.
  • Collaborate nationally with the Healthcare + Region and Growth Teams to support selected new facilities sales efforts through conducting new business surveys and assistance in the development of business models for potential client opportunities.
  • Collaborate nationally with the Healthcare + Region and Growth Teams to support facilities programs in selected retention efforts.
  • Document observations and recommendations with formal reporting methods for client and internal audiences.
  • Exemplify Aramark's safety culture and participate in Aramark SAFE practices.
  • Adhere to all established systems and training programs to provide a safe working environment.
  • Comply with OSHA, EPA, and other local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Maintain compliance with Aramark's standards of operation, Compliance Reporting and Business Conduct Policies.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Managers should have three to five years of management and technical experience in Facilities Management related field, preference for Healthcare Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in facilities management or equivalent experience
  • Professional Associations preferred with AHE ASHE ALM, preferred or ability to secure
  • Survey knowledge of Joint Commission standards
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Good presentation skills to customers and internal clients
  • Proficient training skills for technical and classrooms sessions
