Position Summary

The Program Manager, Expert position within Electric Asset Excellence (EAE) is responsible for managing aspects of the EAE program with a primary focus on maintaining ISO 55001 certification for PG&E's electric asset management. Responsibilities typically include some or most of the following in support of Program Management to ensure attainment of program metrics/objectives.
  • Managing relationships with and providing direction to vendor(s)
  • Developing Audit/Surveillance Visit schedule and agendas related to ISO 5501 certification.
  • Tracking and trending Third-Party assessments and any findings, recommendations or requests for information.
  • Developing and monitoring budgets and forecasts
  • Developing, measuring and reporting on status of the program
  • Identifying stakeholders and communicating within and outside of PG&E
  • Developing and/or implementing policies and procedures
  • Reviewing and updating standards, procedures and other general guidance documentation
  • Identifying new partners, technologies, and delivery channels
  • Preparing presentations and delivering material related to program performance to leaders across the enterprise.
  • Partnering with the various internal organizations, vendors and external partners to develop and implement strategies to reach appropriate audience at the appropriate time
  • Identifying and maintaining strong working relationships with all strategic programs and partners
  • Partnering with Regulatory and Compliance coworkers to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and support regulatory activities by supplying information for filings, data requests, and meeting with regulators.


This position is hybrid, working from your remote office and your assigned work location based on business need. The assigned work location will be within the PG&E Service Territory. Travel can be expected 15-25% across the service territory.

PG&E is providing the salary range that the company in good faith believes it might pay for this position at the time of the job posting. This compensation range is specific to the locality of the job. The actual salary paid to an individual will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, specific skills, education, licenses or certifications, experience, market value, geographic location, and internal equity. Although we estimate the successful candidate hired into this role will be placed towards the middle or entry point of the range, the decision will be made on a case-by-case basis related to these factors.

A reasonable salary range is:

Bay Area Minimum: $129,000

Bay Area Mid:$168,000

Bay Area Maximum: $207,000

California Minimum: $123,000

California Mid:$160,000

California Maximum: $197,000

Job Responsibilities
  • Applies broad expertise and advanced knowledge to wide-ranging issues.
  • May act as a team lead and provide direction to less experienced employees.
  • Works with Sr. Directors, Directors and Managers across functions to influence decisions.
  • Communicate complex ideas to diverse audiences using a variety of media.
  • Integrates industry knowledge related to data into everyday business practices and decision making.
  • Provides others with guidance around complex industry regulatory and compliance environment and considerations.
  • Creates new and complex data models to facilitate business decisions.
  • Provides direction on overall program.
  • Performs in-depth quality assurance final reviews and contract drafts.
  • Develops new or revises existing scopes of work to ensure compliance standards and deliverables are established.


Qualifications

Minimum:
  • Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
  • 8 years of related experience or equivalent

Desired:
  • Masters Degree in job-related discipline or equivalent experience
  • PMI-Project Management Institute PMP-Project Management Professional certification
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft 365 applications
