Experienced Procurement Analyst (Self Governance/Compliance)
Position Responsibilities:- Develop and execute training programs for BGS Commercial Spares and Services
- Conduct regular training needs assessments to identify skills gaps and training requirements
- Oversee the scheduling and logistical planning of training sessions, including securing venues and materials
- Ensure effective delivery of training programs
- Analyze feedback and performance data to identify areas of improvement.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):- 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain
- 3+ years of experience in delivering training solutions
- Competency in using training tools (e.g. PowerPoint, Video Editing, Internal Resources)
- 3+ years of experience in project management
- 3+ years of experience engaging in senior level communications and presentation development

- Experience using or applying metrics to measure performance against projects to ensure high quality delivery
